MDM - Model switches to BUY on July 23, 2014

Published : July 23 2014 at 8:57 ET

The model is switching to BUY. It's important not to fight the Fed(s) as quantitative easing prevents the market from having meaningful corrections. That said, we do not know whether a correction will run a couple percent or more as some corrections can run to several percent, so it is beneficial to stay conservative when leading stocks get pummeled as a correction begins by switching to cash or possible a quick sell signal.

SPY (S&P 500) (Lower risk, lower reward)

QQQ (NASDAQ-100) (Higher risk, higher reward)
