BGU - SCTY 10/11/13

Published : October 11 2013 at 8:58 ET

SCTY is gapping up in the premarket after its third-quarter system capacity deployments, a key operating metric, beat its own expectations. The solar-panel maker said it deployed 78 megawatts of system capacity in the latest period, topping its July estimates of 70 megawatts to 77 megawatts.

Group rank 35 and institutional sponsorship has grown since the company went public 3 quarters ago. Earnings are negative but this is forgivable given the emerging, embrionic nature of this industry group.
