Market Lab Report
Can you send the Premarket Pulse Report earlier than the market open or on the day before?

These reports are meant to be sent before, at, or after the open. If sent after, the report is titled as such "After the Open <date>"

Our priority is to make sure we run our premarket screens as well as check for any unusual premarket action in names on or outside of our Focus List in case we need to notify members of any material stock-specific news events or if any new actionable stocks that are not yet on the Focus List arise, thus our 'Premarket Pulse' may turn into an 'After the Open'.

The Focus List Review included with some of the reports was not part of these daily reports but became an add-on that we felt was instructive to how we are viewing some of the stocks on the list. Of course, as we always say, each investor will have their own investment style and risk tolerance levels thus our Focus List Review is meant to be merely a guide based on how we see entry and exit points. Indeed, some members prefer a longer term approach using the 10- and 50-day moving averages in conjunction with the 7-week sell rule to keep them in position for weeks instead of days.

Here is the disclaimer just below the Focus List in our weekend Focus List Review piece emailed out to members:

The VoSI Focus List is a compilation and reference list of stocks for which Pocket Pivot or Buyable Gap-Up Reports have been issued. It is not intended as a "buy list" or a list of immediately actionable recommendations. Stocks on the list may or may not be in proper buy positions, and investors should exercise discretion and proper judgement in determining when and where stocks on the Focus List can be purchased. The following notes are intended to assist in this process. Please note that members can enlarge the Focus List image by clicking on the body of the email and then holding the Control Key while pressing the "+" key until it is large enough to read.
