U.S. stock markets can go a lot higher without retesting March but with sharp corrections along the way due to the realization of second order effects as we have discussed. COVID-19 cases are, once again, on the rise including in the U.S. and China which suggest prolonged lockdown measures. The market correction we are witnessing now could fall another several percent or more from Friday's close which is why we always advise members to keep stops in their stocks tight. Never get complacently comfortable about the general uptrend which has been choppy with gap ups and gap downs a standard.
