Model switches to CASH/NEUTRAL.

Distribution days have accrued across major averages and leading stocks. The weak rally on lower volume on Friday underscores this.

Over the weekend, major AI leaders (Altman, Amodei, Musk) called for AI to slowdown its pace of development due to existential AI fears. This could ramp up regulations on AI which could slow down a highly overvalued space. On the other hand, this would enable China to take a strong lead in the AI race so this may be temporary "noise" as the aggressive pace of development continues but best to stand clear for now.

We also have a rate hike likely this Wednesday from the Fed (CME Fedfund futures estimate 88%).
