MDM switches to BUY.
The general markets appear to have found quick footing which is not unusual for December which, in a pro-QE environment, tends to have shallow corrections. The Fed's statement came as expected. What caused the contained correction? Russian issues caused by plummeting oil prices were a shock to investors as was China's decision to cut down on risky debt by banning the use of low-grade corporate debt which caused the benchmark Shanghai index to plunge -5.4%, its largest one-day drop since 2009.
