Even though PCLN closed under 300 yesterday, the move is not yet dead. Depending on your personal risk profile, you could choose to sell up to half your position since it closed under 300, though on lighter volume, and is resting on its 10dma (10-day moving average). You could then sell the other half when it violates the 10dma. A violation would occur when it closes below the 10dma, then in subsequent days, trades below the low of that day. It does not have to close below that low but just trade below that low.
Incidentally, part of learning how to sell involves understanding your own personal risk profiles. For example, how much volatility is suitable to your trading personality? That is a question each investor must answer for themselves by putting real money on the line so they learn to understand their own emotions when they encounter drawdowns in their account.
