The Focus List represents a highly selective vetting process in terms of stocks we believe have both the fundamentals and technicals to outperform the major averages on a risk/reward basis.
When we send out a pocket pivot review or buyable gap up report, the stock will only be added to the Focus List if stated in the report. This allows for more flexibility in terms of which stocks we observe having actionable buy points. Also, just because a stock violates its 50-day moving average does not automatically remove it from the Focus List. Other factors come into play.
As things stand, there are six names on the Focus List. Members received the latest Focus List Review over the weekend.
