Visa, Inc. (V) and Mastercard, Inc. (MA) are working on possible pocket pivots here as they work their way up through or up off of their 10-dma within their respective consolidations. Financials are very strong on the heels of the European commitment to QE, and as stocks that have held up well we might expect MA and V to work in a continued market rally. We are currently testing a position in V, and in most cases it is possible to take an initial position if a stock is showing a strong possiblity of meeting the pocket pivot volume requirement with the idea of bailing out if the price/volume doesn't pan out or adding to your initial position if it in fact does. AS always, flexibility is critical.
