Aruba Networks (ARUN) and Intralinks Holdings (IL) are two smaller cloud-computing-related stocks that flashed pocket pivot buy points today. ARUN, shown below on a daily chart, looks like it is showing a pocket pivot off of a v-shaped little break and bounce, but the pocket pivot of two days ago lends today's pocket pivot a little more credibility than if it was an isolated one coming off a v-shaped bounce.
IL, shown below on a daily chart, is a recent IPO back in August and one of the newest pieces of cloud-computing merchandise to come public in this market environment. Today's pocket pivot was also a confirmation of a breakout from a short flag formation that has closed tight over the past two weeks. Keep in mind that IL is a thin trader at 319,000 shares traded a day on average, so adjust your position sizes accordingly until this thing "matures" a bit more and thickens up on the average daily trading volume.
