Vale, S.A. Ltd. (VALE), which we first alerted you to when it flashed a pocket pivot buy point through its 200-day moving average on September 26th, is trying to break out of the handle of a cup-with-handle base it has formed since moving up from our original buy point in the 28 price area. This would be a good add point for the original position, but we would need to see today's breakout attempt hold, and/or put in a good pocket pivot volume signature.
