XONE is gapping down on a disappointing earnings report. This is yet another stock that showed strength into earnings then gapped down. This type of action in prior times was very rare. But times change so it is important, as we have pointed out in prior reports and in webinars, to position size with care ahead of earnings, regardless of how strong the stock is looking. When a stock gaps down, it is best to sell at least half if not the whole position at the open, as it becomes very difficult to predict where the stock will go.
