Short-Sale Set Up - Tesla (TSLA) for 2/20/18
|Published:||18 Feb 2018 20:14 ET|
Tesla (TSLA) found resistance at its 200-dma on Friday, closing just above the 50-dma. If the general market pulls back with the NASDAQ Composite potentially testing its 50-dma, look for TSLA to breach its 50-dma. There are two ways to play this, the first is to short at current levels while using the 200-dma as a guide for an upside stop, or to simply wait for a breach of the 50-dma as a short-sale trigger, then using either the 50-dma or 200-dma as your guides for an upside stop.
