This is what we are looking at in the weekly patterns of AMZN and DECK:
AMZN's neckline is descending which is a weaker set-up, in theory, than DECK's roughly straight, horizontal neckline. DECK has been bouncing along this 75 level roughly, for a while so it is a matter of seeing whether this support level is breached. Thisis the first time we've looked at DECK, but we've been in and out of AMZN over the past few weeks. However, the pattern still remains more an H&S than the lows of a long-term base, and with the Market Direction Model going to a sell signal, perhaps, if we are fortunate, it will work this time. If not, keep your stops CLEARLY in mind if you venture to walk on the short side.
