Below is a chart mark-up detailing how we view the possible late-stage failed-base (LSFB) short-sale set-up in CRM. Note that this is similar to LVS, and we would use the 50-day (blue) and 65-day exponential (black) as our references both for a stop and to gauge how far today's rallies could carry - however they are looking fairly weak this morning. Remember to use strict stops on any short-sale positions, and do not allow any positions to get "out of control." Layer positions into rallies, and be prepared to cover and then look to re-enter again if necessary in order to manage risk. For disclosure purposes, we have a position here as well.
